The Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and qualified Creative Strategist to join our team. You will develop and implement comprehensive social media creative strategies and content road maps for our clients/brands.

You will work on both brand awareness and user acquisition focused content strategies for new and existing business. We want you to show why, who, when and what brands should be doing and how they can utilize social media to grow. You will work with our content and marketing teams to devise clear, creative content ideas. The role will enable you to work on briefs from inception through to pitch and then successful delivery. We are looking for someone to develop creative out of the box ideas and award winning content in line with content trends.

As part of forming a strategy you will utilize and conduct research, competitor analysis, market trends and audience analytics to best understand the brand’s market and challenges.

Required:

  • 3 years+ experience in content and creative strategy for an agency
  • Experience responding to client briefs and formulating content plans
  • Portfolio of creative content created for brands
  • Proof of Creative ideation for brands
  • A deep understanding of social media and how it can be harnessed for a variety of businesses.
  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content strategies to meet them
  • Ability to conduct market research and insights for brands
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Extremely hard-working and interested in being part of a start-up culture
  • UK based

️ What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking briefs and delivering end to end creative strategy responses
  • Utilizing software, industry tools and insight to achieve marketing targets/align with business goals
  • Perform research on award winning social content/new content trends
  • Coming up with thumb stopping creative ideas to get people talking
  • Creating award winning social campaigns
  • Liaising with our content and marketing team to develop strategy
  • Demonstrate clear ways of achieving brands wider goals through social
  • Building out social-first creative guidelines that span visual identity, art direction and tone of voice.
  • Pitching and presenting, at both the new business stage and project delivery
  • Developing 6-12 month content plans
  • Supporting the writing of case studies and awards entries, proving creativity and effectiveness of our work.

Desirables:

  • A keen eye for current social media trends
  • Willingness to learn and interested in self-development
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field (preferable)
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • A sense of humor – we work hard but we have fun with what we do!
