Field Marketing Advisor


Job Role Summary

This is a regional field Marketing role for Southeast Asia (SEA), receiving work guidance from the SEA Field Marketing Team Lead, and functionally reports to the Consumer Brand Manager, South Asia Pacific Lubricants

Primary Job Functions

  • Leads market data, trends, and insights analysis to facilitate plan development
  • Provides input into program development to ensure relevance to region / market; accountable for transition from program development to region / market implementation
  • Leads region / market communication and adoption of local marketing initiatives (including adaptation and translation)
  • Consults with sales on resource allocation to ensure effective / timely delivery of initiatives in market
  • Leads 1-year Sales and Marketing Plan planning process at region / market level, incl. Marketing Calendar
  • Participates in region / market special projects as required
  • Provides feedback on marketing program / initiatives effectiveness
  • Evaluates and measure marketing program / offer execution and effectiveness to assess impact to desired objective
  • Ensure all activities conform to compliance expectations/guidelines

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience
  • Strong written and communication skills in English, Thai
  • Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
  • Strong interpersonal, networking and influencing skills
  • Collaboration and project management
  • Customer and innovation focus
  • Commercial intensity and business acumen

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA’s)

  • Knowledge of Digital marketing
  • Experience in user journey, consumer research and/or data analytics will be an advantage
