Due to ongoing growth in our business, we are now seeking a highly motivated individual with agency or admin experience to join our new position in Corporate services – Finance team, working on one of the World’s largest most loved brands by millennials.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will assist in finance processes in our various system. This is an integral role to the business and will involve working with our other network including HQ and RHQ. In your new role you will be assigned to create and maintain the project life cycle in our internal system and external system.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting in managing the flow of projects through the agency in the system·
- Assist project management process – creation of Job number, Estimate, Purchase order in the system·
- Preparation of evidence of Billing·
- Assist management of client procurement system and internal procurement system·
- Liaise with supplier to deliver PO, receive invoice and validate
- Maintain job jacket, document handling, record keeping across projects
- Process employee’s expense
- Process of Account Payable
- Assist weekly vendor payment preparation
Qualifications and Experience
- 1-2+ years min. experience in a similar role within an agency environment or as in admin position
- Preferably degree qualified (no finance degree/background required)
- Experience in managing project administration side
