Job Description
- Develop go-to-market strategy, create global marketing message and assets to speak to networking target audience precisely
- Work with writer team, design teams or agencies to create press release and marketing assets including web pages, posters, POS materials, etc.
- Understand the target audience and be able to outline marketing messaging to reach them – including key feature prioritization, value proposition statements, product page copy, etc.
- Plan and execute global marketing campaigns with good utilization of digital marketing tools including owned media, earned media and paid media that engage the target audience while promoting targeted sub-brands and products.
- Perform product testing to understand new features and the end-user perspective.
- Sync business direction, promotion plan and execution with PM/sales/local marketing. Communicate with different functions/parties to ensure excellence in execution.
- Track category project and asset performance using various KPIs – use the data to continually refine processes and materials.
- Support global and local events, such as exhibition, press events, seminars…etc.
Requirements
Ideal Background
- Product marketing experience
- Networking product interest and/or experience (preferred but not essential)
- Marketing degree (preferred but not essential)
- Proficiency in English language
