We are looking for Human Resource Executive to ensure the HR operational matter is executed on time and accurately in accordance with strict deadlines and to manage all associated day to day activities. In addition, he/she will drive and provide seamless and proactive contribution to the achievement of the department KPI’s on manpower acquisition and be responsible for the day-to-day operations on employee relations and engagement

A day in the life of…

  • Manage the non management recruitment process inclusive of scheduling, interviewing, cross-referencing, offer letters, and on-boarding activities ( facilities administrative)
  • Fully end-to-end recruitment for Non-Management
  • Update JSP when is required
  • Organize and track recognition among employees
  • Coordinate the staff engagement activities inclusive of charity and other CSR related activities
  • Demand and Supply of plant’s 3rd part contractors – Contact person for procurement and stakeholders in all plants
  • Manage GFOH Budget for manpower requisition and related expense i.e. uniform, canteen operations, lockers, transportation, social activities etc
  • Manage and lead the uniform inventory, canteen management and facilities in factory
  • Responsible and managing the HR filing system
  • Prepare yearly training calendar and budget
  • Provide monthly training records and budget
  • Training administrative and records inclusive of I learn Management
  • Lead the competency based training for all plant ( Module + CBT schedule + CBT assesment report for new joiners and promotion exercise )
  • Yearly procedure review
  • Support performance review activities + PIP

What Will Make You Successful

  • College Degree with minimum 5 years working experience in Human Resources or relevant administrative function.
  • Fluent in the local language and working knowledge of the English language. Very good working knowledge of statutory legislation as well as union relations, recruitment policies and procedures, and various benefits in kind rules which apply to employees.
  • Excellent communication skills. The ability to facilitate and negotiate appropriate outcomes to all ER and IR situations and at all internal/external levels.
  • Teamwork in network organization. Ability to work independently as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HR and payroll. PC literacy (windows environment) with intermediate Ms Excel & Words knowledge.
