The HR Analyst is a critical role managing and analyzing our people data. This position is mainly in charge of endpoint people solutions.

You’ll oversee many of our people systems, optimizing existing capabilities and providing recommendations for new solutions (including the People process & policies, Compensation & Benefit operations and other people management activities). You will also serve as the key analytics expert on the People team, responsible for regular reporting and analysis from our systems to drive data-driven decision-making and align our people strategy with our business strategy. You will partner with members of our Strategic People Partner team and other General & Administrative teams to ensure our people solution is compliant, accurate, and used as a competitive advantage when making decisions.

This person must be very collaborative, working closely with employees and all support functions within True Digital Group and teams across the True Corporation.


  • Support our People team members and business end-users to understand and ensure compliance with the core People business processes (hire, job change, termination, etc.) by following tools/resources. SOP and the People Operations Playbook
  • Partner with the Strategic People Partner with data analysis reports and data-decision-making for initiatives and projects to drive business results and provide the best employee experience
  • Own the end-to-end process (back-end) from offer through day 1 for all new employees and be the primary owner of compensation data, ensuring external data sources are up-to-date and providing regular analyses of internal and external benchmarking
  • Serve as point person for day-to-day HR requests (People policies, basic benefits questions, etc.) and handle and ensure all aspects of Workplace solution duties are running smoothly on the day-to-day operations to ensure we are providing the best employee experience
  • Manage employee data, ensuring it is compliant, secure, up to date, thorough, and accessible when needed
  • Research best practices and consistently find ways to improve our processes and policies
  • Work closely with the People Solution team to provide overall administrative support, reporting, operational, and other requested support on the people operation aspect
