What’s the role?


As Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Deliver the financial target and other KPI in assigned OEM/Tier 1 customers;
  • Build solid relationship with different functions in both OEMs, KADs and internal supporting teams;
  • Drill down the needs of OEMs & their channels;
  • Build up a mutually agreed KAP with sharp growth plan and Implement it effectively & efficiently;
  • Identify new business opportunities and bring in innovative business models;
  • Leverage Shell CVP/marketing plan to help customer to improve its profitability and mind share to Shell;
  • Provide sound input on products, services, and to sell and negotiate win-win solutions with customer;
  • Be responsible and proactive in HSSE issue that affects the individual, the office/field environment, customer;
  • Be accountable for own development plan to continuously improve competencies.
