Position at NICE
In Maintenance Sales you’ll be working with sales professionals and customers to ensure timely renewals of service contracts. You’re charged with making sure NICE customers continue receiving support on all of their products.
You’ll do this by collecting, analyzing and reporting on data from various internal systems, as well as perform comprehensive analysis and customer research on existing or expiring contracts.
Additionally, you’ll develop and implement tactics to engage customers and build an understanding of their business objectives to link NICE products and solutions and articulate their value aligned with customer’s strategy and direction.
You’ll use this data and your expert sales and communication skills to make active outbound calls to customers, ensuring their renewal business
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience who is looking to deepen their knowledge and work for an industry leading global software company.
Successful performance in this role can open up opportunities into other areas of the organization like Operations, Finance, or a more dedicated sales role in the future.
