Job Description

  • EDUCATION / TRAINING

College degree and above

  • PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION

Preferred majors : Finance, accounting, business administration, business management, risk management or banking

  • KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIP

Work directly with assigned sale regions/locations

  • EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years working experience in business, insurance and financial related industries

  • COMPUTER PROFICIENCY

Proficient in Microsoft office

Strong ability working with excel and power point in generating reports, and analysis

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support CAO to manage assigned sale regions, work closely with RHs
  • Consult CAOs on productivity, business quality, and risk management of each region
  • Develop and implement growth strategy, drive APE and improve productivity and KPIs in line with the company’s strategic business goals as well as Agency strategic business, to deliver quality and sustainable performance
  • Support CAO in driving stronger penetration of business through current and potential regions
  • Ensure risk management and controls as well as share best for the regions
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness to Risk Management ensuring adherence to internal requirements and standards.
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting to senior management
