1. Job description:

  • Work with the marketing team for event planning, operations, and logistics.
  • Post and follow up digital marketing and social media campaigns on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, and related social media channels.
  • Write articles and posts of content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media when required.
  • Design visuals and posts; edit and make simple videos;
  • Interview students, alumni, teachers, etc., for video testimonials.

2. Qualifications:

  • 6 months + professional experience, preferred in event marketing and communication, and/or business, and/or foreign languages.
  • Prior experience in event marketing and creative agencies are vital assets.
  • Advanced English and Vietnamese competence, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively with Western professors, high-profile students/alumni, and other C-level executives.
  • Able to work independently with a start-up mindset is an advantage.

4. Location & working hours

Location: ’97 Vo Van Tan, District 3.

Working hours: 9 am-6 pm and evenings and weekends when requires.
