Responsibilities

  • Develop & manage strategy, implementation and optimization of ByteDance’s strategic partnerships with selected partners, especially the collaboration with TV and agency
  • Implement communications and marketing strategy for Indonesia that drives user growth, brand awareness, and in-app metrics along with local team
  • Working closely with multiple stakeholders from local XFN and Beijing team to ensure the strategical alignment with each other on the key direction and specific project on each bi-month
  • Measure the core performance of marketing campaigns, quick learning and digest to convey the insight to adjust strategy and tactics accordingly

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years Experience in martech companies or creative/media agency
  • Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit, lower ego
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content marketing in Indonesia, an acute sense of discovery and amplify the trends in social media
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising mutual-channel marketing campaigns that acquire, retain and engage with TA for new products
  • Excellent written and verbal communications in English/Bahasa, Mandarin is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, who can readapt him/herself agilely under the fast-moving environment
  • Strong team player and comfortable working cross-function, Passion for marketing and be bold to take attitude under pressure
