The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Job Description:
- Responsible for maintaining daily operational activities for onboarding merchants
- Provide excellent services to support merchants onboarding
- Provide customer support to solve any issues faced by merchants
- Can initiate process improvements and strategies for planning
- Provide a seamless onboarding experience for merchants
- Build, update systems and processes to support merchants
Requirements:
- Candidates with no / less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
- At least a Diploma in any field is required
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and good attention to details
- Able to understand processes and adapt to tracking systematically and accurately
- Able to communicate in both English, Bahasa Melayu and / or Mandarin, both written and verbal to communicate with regional stakeholders
- Has passion for the e-Commerce and F&B industry
