As a Partner Management Executive (Evening Shift), you will: –

• Be the key point of contact for all Fave partners in your assigned region
• Handle partner enquiries and issues by providing support for tech, the issue with payment, onsite edits and etc.
• Maintaining accurate Fave partner offer details and other information on the platform.
• Provide a positive experience for Fave partners by providing quality, value-added services, and solutions in a timely manner.
• Deliver regular performance updates to your assigned Fave partners and to internal stakeholders.

Requirements: –

• Willing to work evening shift (1 pm to 10 pm)
• Willing to work on a shift scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature attitude with the capability to discuss business issues
• Passionate in problem-solving with good analytical skills
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an added advantage
