An exciting Payroll Specialist position for a Financial Services business in Camberley. This role has arisen as the business that you will be joining has decided to change payroll systems, so needs assistance in carrying out business change, implementation as well as BAU. Client Details A financial services provider in Camberley. They are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join the team on an interim basis. You will be working underneath the Payroll Manager, who will be providing on-going support. This is an extremely supportive business providing a ‘family feel’. Description Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist Supporting the wider payroll team and payroll manager with BAU Payroll

  • 5 monthly payrolls with circa 3,000 employees (variety of sizes) Direct Implementation involvement (transitioning from Resource Link to Oracle) Change Management – writing new processes and mapping Make on going changes to procedures going forward Profile The Successful Candidate Immediately available or on short notice Exposure to Payroll Implementation and Business Change Wants to be involved heavily in all aspects of payroll Highly Desirable if you have written new procedures Job Offer Payroll Specialist (up to 12 Month FTC) Up to £40,000 per annum Predominately Remote
  • 1 day per week in Camberley Varied Role
  • BAU Payroll, Implementation, Business Change, Procedure Writing Parking on site Potential to go permanent 31 Days Holiday – including Bank Holiday
