We are looking for a member to join our People Team in Supply Chain of HEINEKEN Vietnam. This role will be responsible to lead team to design, customize & standardize Supply Chain (SC) people’s initiatives to support HEINEKEN Vietnam (HVN) People Business Partner (PBPs) and Section Head (SHs) in driving the People Agenda effectively and consistently, uplifting the employee experience.

What do we expect from this role?

✨ Performance Management, Leadership Development and Talent Development

  • Work with Talent & Leadership (T&L) team to translate and deploy HNK Behaviors for SC, specifically in Perform and Develop processes.
  • Work with T&L team to develop Development Framework/Program for SC Top Talents and Successors.
  • Consult SC PBP and Learning & Development (L&D) in deployment of HNK behaviors and development programs.

✨ Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Design and customize culture building & employee engagement initiatives, including but not limited to Inclusion & Diversity, Learn-Share-Reapply to be implemented in SC.
  • Consult and guide SC PBPs and L&D in deployment of relevant culture and change management.

✨ Enabler Facilitation

  • Build capability for People Development (POD) Pillar members.
  • Consult SC PBPs and L&D in strategic HR aspects, especially in organization design, resource planning, performance & talent management, etc. Offer regular constructive challenge to the SC PBPs & L&D based on what is in the best interest of sustainable performance of people strategies.
  • Lead standardization & management of related knowledge, processes and tools of POD Pillar.
  • Lead centralization & analysis of people data to drive meaningful insights and influence business decisions.
  • Communicate any changes or updates of relevant enablers to support PBPs and L&D.
  • Lead other improvement projects when required.

  • Back up L&D or PBP role if needed (e.g., when vacant)

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications:

✅Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Human Resource, Psychology or related fields.

Experience requirement:

✅ 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resource; or same roles.

✅ Critical Thinking

✅ Interpersonal skills and ability to influence people

✅ Customer-oriented and data-driven mindset

✅ Leading people
