Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Contract Recruiter (officially titled “Talent Acquisition Business Partner”) for a 9-12 Months term contract. This is a remote position.

The Opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (“TABP”) Contractor is responsible for executing recruitment strategies based on respective labor markets of the assigned business groups, including Sales, Financial Services, Operations. This role positively impacts business results by consulting stakeholders on recruitment matters, ongoing process improvement, and effectively attracting, assessing, and hiring the best talent. In alignment with the Global Head Office, this role will provide stakeholders with the highest level of service by executing innovative recruitment solutions.
In addition, this role also acts as a brand ambassador to build relationships within professional associations, on/offline communities and educational institutions to produce an ongoing pool of pre-qualified candidates.
In This Role You’ll Be
- Provide initial screening of applicant pools and phone screens or interviews where applicable
- Utilize job boards, company career pages, and community organizations
- Managing recruitment projects end to end, including hiring manager needs identification and creating job performance profiles
- Owns recruiting projects from advertising, qualifying, assessing, and candidate submission
- Works with senior Talent Acquisition team members to draft search engine optimized and performance-based job postings
- Implements innovative sourcing strategies using boolean, social media, and alternative on/offline techniques to attract the highest quality of candidates
- Develops strong relationships and partners with hiring managers, business leaders, HR business partners, and stakeholders
- Consistently delivers the highest level of service with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure the timeliness of the recruitment process
- Utilizes knowledge of talent personas to attract quality candidates
- Work with management, leadership, and hiring managers to discuss changing needs and recommend action plans.
Here’s What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment; agency and in-house combined experience is a bonus
- Knowledge of interviewing best practices and techniques
- Proven track record recruiting passive candidates in highly competitive labor markets
- Understanding of hiring manager needs assessment concepts and processes
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within remote teams; share responsibility for results and accept feedback
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and prioritizing stakeholder requests
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and judgment sufficient to handle sensitive employment issues
- Experience with Taleo or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking tools
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
- Fluency in oral & written English required.
