Public market deals transact in milliseconds, but private market transactions can take weeks or months to close. Legal and commercial negotiation of agreements, messy communication, cumbersome closing processes, and human errors complicates the execution of private deals.
Anduin helps investors, fund managers, lawyers & companies facilitate these processes with workflow tools to reduce the time and effort it takes to close different types of private market transactions.
The company was co-founded and backed by Joe Lonsdale of Palantir, Addepar, and 8VC. We have offices in San Francisco and Asia, staffed with engineers, product leaders, designers and business people from prestigious tech companies.
We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruiting Coordinator at our company, you will demonstrate your experience with finding, attracting, hiring talents and excellent relationship-building skills.
Job Responsibilities:
General Recruitment
- Help on managing ATS system, create job post, interview stages and inform interviewers if there’s any changes in interview process
- Schedule interviews across timezones (as we are distributed teams)
- Search resume databases for ideal candidates
- Follow up with the interviewers in the completion of the interview assessment.
- Provide updates to candidates regarding their application/interview status as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline hiring processes
Campus Recruitment
- Liaise with team leaders to define hiring needs and design internship programs
- Post job descriptions on career websites and universities job boards
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and other educational institutions.
- Attend university career fairs, interact with students, and promote our employer brand
- Facilitate the company’s hiring events or our information session
- Additional support to the people operations team as needed.
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a recruiter
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with social media, including Facebook, Linkedin, etc.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a professional demeanor and manner.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good command of English
- Experience in employer branding methods or recruitment marketing is nice to have
- Prior work experience at a small company or tech startup environment is preferred
- Having relationships with universities is a plus.
