The Role:

We are looking for a Client Manager to be based in any one of our locations (Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam) for our digital marketing business, working with both ecommerce and non-ecommerce brands on a regional level, creating and executing performance focused and brand building campaigns. The Client Manager will be reporting to the Regional Digital Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out, develop, and maintain good client relationships.
• Creating briefs based on business objectives and strong research based insights for quality proposals.
• Coordinating marketing projects internally and externally, through quality review, budget- and time management.
• Develop competitive pricing proposals for clients.
• Collaborate with local teams, and the central teams to deliver high quality work to reach set targets and report on those to clients.
• Come up with marketing strategies and recommendations for leading brands, both ecommerce and non-ecommerce brands.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business or any related fields
• 2+ years (digital) marketing/agency experience or inhouse marketing experience
• Appetite for of digital marketing, including media performance, social media, and creative/ branding for leading brands
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills, as this is a role that requires lots of coordination
• Strategic and analytical skills, to develop data driven recommendations to clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced high growth start-up environment
