Responsibilities

• Catch the latest Technology, market trend, new ideas about electrical products and develop ahead of the market, highly competitive with competitors.
• Research & Develop new formulation for all products, apply on specified products
• Developing and maintaining technical expertise among RD center team
• Providing support for product launch and continuous improvement of product and process
• Developing specification: Specify product characteristic and technical performance target, optimize and harmonize specification
• Understand consumer need and translation into technical properties and performance characteristic

Qualifications

• Experienced in R&D function in consumer electronics companies is an advantage
• Good communication skill
• Able to drive the team in achieving delivery to clients on time
• Able to generate new initiatives and innovations
• Able to communicate with all levels
