About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Engineer to join our team. Working either in our Singapore or Perth office, you will be part of a growing and innovative, award-winning company transforming the online advertising ecosystem.

The Sales Engineer will be a vital role, connecting sales, product, marketing and customer success. The role will have multiple functions including fielding product and technical queries coming from prospects via the sales team and demonstrating the product to potential customers during the sales cycle. They will live and breath our TrafficGuard product, will fully understand the functionality of our software, are product experts and will work collaboratively with multiple teams and present to customers.

Their role is imperative and very rewarding – every day is different!

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Provide the best-in-class product knowledge and technical guidance to the sales team to share with prospects
  • Take ownership of the creation and management of product information that can be easily accessed and disseminated by the sales team
  • Demonstrate the TrafficGuard dashboard and its capabilities to potential customers
  • Effectively communicate and educate customers on the capabilities of the TrafficGuard services
  • Be able to solve problems and propose innovative ideas and solutions to help achieve scalability of the product
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of TrafficGuard tools and sales materials

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Background and understanding of Performance marketing and ad-tech
  • Minimum 5 years in digital marketing/media/Saas
  • Knowledge and understanding of ad tracking & integration methods like Measurement URLs (Standard URL redirects), API, JS Tags, etc.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Comfortable explaining technical solutions to customers in simple terms
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organisation
  • Superior detail orientation, organisation, and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident and calm presenter
  • Ability to work with marketing and agencies to build content for customers
