We are currently seeking candidate for the position of Sales Operations Manager – Europe

Job Description:

Our Sales Operations Manager is responsible for Operations within the European region, continuously working to promote and deliver a culture of sales excellence, driving effectiveness and efficiency within the DDN sales team. The approach to Sales Operations must be from the Field perspective and have a commitment to delivering productivity and real value to the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales management on business planning and strategy for their region.
  • Manage and report on revenue/bookings/forecasts using DDN methodology and automation/and forecasting tools.
  • Prepare the EMEA forecast and metric reports and provide analysist for sales management.
  • Provide comprehensive pipeline reporting and dashboards using
  • Assist in the structuring an approval process for all commercial sales engagement throughout the region.
  • Create relationships with Sales Leadership to drive adoption and insure value is delivered.
  • Implement robust internal programs that capture requirements, prioritize enhancements and changes to existing systems
  • Assist the sales team with with report design and management; including assisting sales in managing and validating opportunities and quotes including missing data.
  • Create communication plan to insure ongoing Field education and support.
  • Contribute and work with the US Sales Operations team on other activities/projects that may be required from time to time.


  • Bachelor of Engineering/ Computer Science /Master in Sales Operations /BSc qualification Or related field

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in a successful a sales operations organization.
  • Strong track record of successful program management.
  • Extensive knowledge of BI tools and how to implement a strong reporting program to support the Field Sales team.
  • Experience in developing programs and processes that directly improve Field Sales productivity.
  • Experience with developing budgets and predicting project costs.
  • A demonstrated ability as a team player.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in tight timelines.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
