The Studio Executive is responsible for the planning, development and management of all Studio briefs and workflow as required, to meet the specific business objectives. This role is the key point of contact for studio requests delivering the smooth flow of work through the food and beverage studio and high-quality finished print and digital artwork in accordance with brand guidelines.

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure the planning, development, delivery, and ongoing management of all studio processes/finished art to agreed timelines.

• Generating all artwork to brand standard – reviewing initial request, creating artwork, proofing of each draft, liaising with requestor for final approval.

• Managing communication with all internal & external stakeholders

• Provide finished artwork for digital menus such as iPads & Tapendium’s across hotels.

• Oversees the development and implementation of performance plans for direct reports that support business objectives.

• Effective and timely communication and implementation of campaign related materials to ensure promotions can commence well in advance.

• Ensuring F&B components are maintained on both the Crown Melbourne website as well as the individual hotel websites.

• Management of studio purchase orders & invoicing

• Time management and multi-tasking across multiple projects

The following criteria will be considered when reviewing applicants:

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent

• 3+ years studio experience within a marketing services environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated attention to detail

• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Branding experience and working with style guides

• Strong typographic and layout skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced studio to tight deadlines

• Strong knowledge of print production & processes

• Experience within a hospitality environment is a plus
