The opportunity

We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking stakeholder manager to join our established and growing team in Peru.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing the development, coordination and implementation of communications, community relations, advocacy and stakeholder relations programs and strategic plans.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure they are well informed and engaged in all phases of the project, from planning and through construction.
  • Communicating with all internal and external stakeholder of the project, including local authorities and government departments.
  • Interfacing and liaising with different parties to ensure effective completion of the project.
  • Ensuring community engagement.
  • Integrating with public sector.

About You

You have a relevant degree qualification. You have experience in stakeholder management and communications planning in the public sector. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.

English and Spanish language skills are a significant advantage and a willingness to learn is expected.
