Xiaomi Authorization Store Operation
· Responsible for setting the monthly and Midterm goal to enhance Sales Revenue growth and deliver best customer experience in stores
· Responsible for creating, Retail Activity / Promotion and delivering sales and marketing tools for Xiaomi Authorization Store to achieve business goals.
· Execute the plans and programs with regards to Xiaomi Authorization Store ‘s value proposition and clearly communicate brand messages and programs
· Manage and balance all stakeholders both within the company and stores’ owners with a win-win approach.
· Control the Xiaomi Authorization Store’s code of conduct and routine evaluate regarding Xiaomi policy
· Accurate record of in-shop activity, sales performance, KPIs, promotional activities and customer loyalty programs
· Encourage PC Salespersons to increase sales and serve consumers in a professional manner and contributes
· Accurate collation and dissemination of information in area of Xiaomi Authorization Store, sales data capture, feedbacks on all store activities and timely submission of all reports
· Research and analyze market trends, competitors, products and stock movement and take appropriate action to maximize revenue.
· Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor
Qualifications / Key Skills Required:
· Minimum 5 years’ experience for overall, Retail Marketing, retail stores, chain stores, franchise operation management
· Bachelor and Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Management or have direct experience
· Strong people management including coaching and mentoring team
· Mature, proactive, positive thinking with result-driven
· Excellent communication, presentation and well-organized skills
· Strong business acumen, passion for sales and achieve-oriented
· Strong numerical, analytical, and project management skills
· Computer literacy in term of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point
· Good command of English both written and spoken
· Able to Travel as the business requirement
