About Our Group

Supply Chain Operation and Services: Logistics and Warehouse. Our group has 2 sections working as Traffic and Warehouse. We help secure the continued success to meet the supply chain management and corporate goal through inbound & outbound delivery warehouse storage. We work with Seagate internal and external partnerships. Also, we work closely with the Freight forwarder and Warehouse contractor to strengthen the supply chain support Production activity and finished goods delivery to the end customers.

About The Role – You Will

  • Interact with all 3PL Receiving Store and Shipping activities e.g., HGSA as well as co-ordinate with Seagate Planners and Production on a daily basis
  • Resolve any problems concerned with warehouse performance and maintain service level
  • Participate and support all projects to meet goals of cost reduction and process improvement
  • Work on any special projects that concern with warehouse activity and take responsibility until the project is implemented and go live such as Seagate and 3PL WMS, Vertical Project
  • Prepare and provide areas and Internal sampling audits for the readiness of all Internal and external audits.
  • Control spending within budgets
  • Work as an assignment

Your Experience Includes

  • Warehouse Operation and related field
  • Procedure and monitor a team to meet a higher yield, good quality with minimum cycle time
  • Coordinating with the supporting group to improve the process
  • Customer’s expectations and driving actions to meet them
  • Electronics Industry
  • ERP – Order Management is a plus
  • ERP – Inventory is a plus

About You

  • Microsoft Office is “must have”, mostly on Excel and Powerpoint
  • MS access, BOBJ and crystal report are a plus
  • Efficiently multitasks and being self-driven work
  • Fluent in English communication both spoken and written
  • Strong verbal and written communication
