We have offices in Puerto Rico (headquarters) and Washington, DC.
Position Overview
eliteBco is seeking to employ a creative and dynamic Systems Integration Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support our client implementations as well as our internally built solutions. The primary responsibilities for this position will be to address customer needs by implementing and supporting software solutions. Software development experience is not required for this position. If you want to write code, this is not the right job for you. Conversely, top performers in this position have degrees in Math, Economics, Accounting, Finance and Arts, so we aren’t looking only for purely technical candidates.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver training and demonstrations
- Investigate, recommend, and implement new technologies
- Diagnose issues and develop solutions
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Configure systems to adapt customer needs
- Recommend system changes and enhancements
- Prepare documentation and manuals on system capabilities and functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Career Level: Entry level
- Proficient with computer applications
- Strong analytical skills and creativity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fully Bilingual: English and Spanish is a must, both written and oral
