About the Role:
There’s so much fun in hiring – and for that Leap wants to do a lot to get the best people onboard and reward the rockstars who bring these minds to us. We are looking for individuals to own end to end hiring requirements and grow in talent acquisition.
The charter for this role will include:
– Able to implement various hiring and selection processes
– Conduct end-to-end recruitment cycles with keen understanding of sourcing through referrals, job portals and vendors
– Handle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
– Conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates and coordinate with interviewers for quick turnaround
Ideal Persona:
– A full-time management degree in HR from a tier 2/3 business school would be preferred
– 1-3 years’ experience in talent acquisition
– Bias to action, proactive & innovative by nature
– Strong attention to detail
Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast and operates with extreme ownership.
There is minimal management and extreme autonomy.
