Professional Responsibilities

  • Support the development and activation (project management) of the global enterprise employer brand strategy
  • Support agency and global stakeholder management, work with internal and external creative agencies to create new and evolve existing global assets
  • Manage global brand operations and governance model
  • Partner with critical stakeholders: talent acquisition, communications, and diversity & engagement teams to help develop brand book and global toolkits
  • Develop employee brand programs, workshops, and communication to foster internal brand advocacy that yields brand ambassadors and strengthens retention targets.
  • Drive thought-leadership by utilizing secondary market research, competitive analysis and hire data to cultivate and distribution actionable insights and trends to talent acquisition teams.


  • Project management experience – multi-stakeholder workstreams
  • Corporate communications experience and or brand management experience
  • Copywriting experience (provide samples)
  • Experience in developing brand books or global toolkits
  • Experience evaluating and giving feedback on creative
